New Population Estimates for Oregon - December 2007
PSU has released their new population estimates for Oregon, effective July 1, 2007. Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson counties are the top three counties in percent of growth for the State. In addition, the three largest cities of Bend, Redmond & Prineville also showed individual growth.
As the local population continues to grow, much of the excess inventory in the housing market will likely be absorbed.
