Aaron Rodriguez
A 2005 graduate of the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon, Aaron achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration while minoring in Economics.
Aaron specializes in Tenant Representation. He prides himself on his ability to identify
and negotiate away costly lease traps by serving tenants exclusively. The RE/MAX Commercial team has expertise in
finding the perfect location for their clients' businesses while at the same
time minimizing their risks and saving them real money.
Aaron is an advocate for continuing education and is currently a CCIM
candidate. He has successfully completed three of the four required CCIM
courses needed to acquire the coveted designation; CI-101 (Financial Analysis
for Commercial Investment Real Estate) in La Jolla, California and CI-103 (User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate) and CI-104
(Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate) in Bend,
Oregon. Each CCIM course spans 6 full days with a final exam on the last
day and can require extensive travel to cities around the country.
As an outdoor enthusiast, Aaron enjoys spending his leisure time swimming, road biking, and backpacking
with his wife Kari and their dog exploring the Pacific Northwest.
